Q: What should i expect?
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Solid Rock a great one! Here are a few things you might be wondering.
In total, a service is about 70 minutes in length. Services generally begin with singing. After the music portion of service is complete, you will hear our pastor preach a biblically based, relevant, helpful message.
Q: What about my kids?
Each service, we provide loving nursery care for those from birth to 3 years old. Our nursery is appropriately staffed and kept clean with many toys for the babies and toddlers to enjoy while their parents enjoy the main service.
For those 4 to 12 years old, we offer a children’s class during the 11:00 a.m. Sunday service. During this time, the children will be taught Bible stories, memorize Bible verses, play exciting Bible games, have a snack, and earn prizes! The children also have an opportunity to participate in a Christmas program each year.
